If you write to us on WhatsApp, by email (kewawellness@gmail.com) or on Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, username and message. We use them only to reply and to talk about the experience or service you ask about.

We process this data on the basis of your consent when you choose to contact us, and of the steps needed before a possible agreement you request, under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as the conversation is active and, afterwards, only while legal obligations require it.
